Scheduling service
By gathering all the relevant information about your project, our dispatchers create a search request and find the right equipment for your application. In addition to the technical specifications, we also take into account the local conditions, such as access, installation area, and ground conditions.
Once we have all the information, we can offer you the most suitable and cost-effective lift.

Lift operator
You don’t work with lifts every day and feel unsure about how to operate them? You need to reach different heights quickly or have your hands full? No problem! We provide you with trained personnel to operate the lift. Our lift operator will deliver the lift, set it up, and control all relevant aspects reliably and efficiently. We offer this service with personnel at an hourly rate together with the respective machine.
Transport logistics
From us to you and back again!
As simple as it sounds, transporting lifts is often complex: different dimensions and weights, permits required for certain routes, special delivery conditions, or deliveries on Sundays and public holidays must all be taken into account.
To meet these requirements, we have an extensive fleet of vehicles – from semi-trucks and trucks to car trailer combinations. To ensure that you receive your lift quickly and reliably, all transports are digitally controlled and integrated into our transport logistics via GPS.

As with all machines, it’s great when they run reliably – but what do you do when suddenly nothing works and time is of the essence? The answer: give us a call!
We have set up a 24/7 emergency service for lifts for our industrial customers. If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, we will send our qualified technicians directly to you with a fully equipped service vehicle.
In any case, we will ensure that your lift is back in operation as quickly as possible so that you can continue your work without delay.
Lift operator training
Based on BG principle BGG 966, published in April 2010, the minimum requirements for training employees in the use of lifts are defined. In particular, complete documentation of the training and the mandatory annual refresher course determines the operator’s authorization to operate a lift in the event of damage.
We therefore recommend the BERTRAM® operator card, which we offer as part of a cost-effective online training course for lifts. In addition to the training, you can call up and check the training status of each employee at any time.
Refueling service
No fuel left in the tank? No time to refuel? No problem!
With our professional refueling service for lifts, we ensure that your rented lifts remain ready for use at all times.
Thanks to our own fueling facilities, we can refuel your lift quickly, safely, and easily when you return it. This saves you time and avoids unnecessary downtime.
For large construction sites, we also offer a mobile refueling service for lifts. This supplies your lifts with diesel regularly or as needed directly on site. This ensures that your lifts are continuously available and your construction site operations run smoothly.
Cleaning service
Don’t want dirty lifts? We’ll take care of it!
With our professional cleaning service for lifts, we ensure that every lift you rent is thoroughly cleaned when you return it. This not only keeps your lift well maintained and clean, but also ready for immediate use by the next customer.
Our service ensures that dust, mud, and other dirt are reliably removed – for maximum safety and comfort the next time it is used.
Viewing
For special projects, we would like to visit the site to get an idea of your plans. With our trained eye and professional measuring equipment, we can quickly narrow down the selection of suitable lifts.
Often, a concrete assessment of the situation will reveal solution-oriented approaches that had not been considered before, enabling your projects to be implemented efficiently and safely.
Approval service
Lift on the street – what needs to be considered?
Work in public places or on streets must always be approved by the authorities. The conditions of the permit, such as cordoning off measures, must be strictly observed.
Thanks to our direct contact with the relevant authorities, we can obtain the permit for you quickly. On request, we also offer a comprehensive package in which we take care of all barrier measures, including the barrier plan, so that you can carry out your work safely and efficiently.
